Asha and David had so many overlapping interests that it didn’t take long for their profiles to be paired up through an online matchmaking site.
One of their shared interests, and something they have continued to cultivate as a couple, is wine-tasting. So the idea of having a vineyard wedding felt very fitting to both of them. They found Cellar60 after searching for a venue that would be quiet and removed, yet also large enough to host a big party.
“Paso Robles is one of our favorite places to go,” Asha told me. “We thought it was the perfect meaningful place to get married. Cellar360 was perfect. It was far away from any road noise, had extensive vines, beautiful trees and a large pond. At least to us, it felt very right and somewhat magical.”
After their beautiful outdoor ceremony, the couple took some portraits around the property with Aaron and Mauricio, then joined their family and friends in the barrel room for toasting, dinner and dancing. But the portrait time stands out as one of their favorite memories from the day.
“The ceremony was beautiful – it worked out so well, and it was an amazing emotional rush as we walked back down the aisle,” Asha said. “After taking some quick family portraits, Aaron let us know he found a great location on top of a hill overlooking the pond. The sun was setting, ducks were flying over the pond, and it was really great to absorb the moment with the music and chatter from the cocktail hour quietly drifting through the air. It resulted in some great pictures – but also was emotionally memorable.”
