We have known Kay for many years and have been waiting for the day when she would find her guy. And now she has with Thomas, a fellow Stanford graduate. They chose Costa Rica for their February wedding so they could make a vacation out of it, along with getting to explore the beautiful country during their honeymoon. Kay and Thomas held their ceremony and reception at the breathtaking Zephyr Palace at Villa Caletas, just outside the town of Jaco. It was an intimate celebration with close family and friends that culminated with a Chinese lantern release and a late-night jump in the pool overlooking the Pacific ocean. Their wedding was the perfect start to our wedding season this year.
We were fortunate to have our associate photographer Dave Getzschman with us shooting video and also still images on his film cameras.

Great pics Ben, congrats!
I enjoy so much how you always make my jaw drop to the floor men.
Dear Ben, you are amazing. That is all.
These are some of your best work yet! Wow. The colors and light are just surreal. You captured it beautifully.
Simply gorgeous! Wow! So many amazing shots. Love them all.
You guys did an awesome job!! =) I enjoyed all the photos
Lots of favorite images here. One thing I like that you do is compose your images and capture detail such as the bridal shoe or ring while documenting the event e. g. the 2nd to last image. There is shoe shot you had a few posts back that is really nice.
That second shot is wicked cool. I love them all, as usual. I’m seriously considering divorcing Michael and marrying him again so you can do our photos
dude–the lighting is amazing! you guys really nailed it! lovin’ every image–nice work!

You guys rock my world of photography. I can’t even pick favorites but the last few shots absolutely blew me away. And Amir says “good job”
The third shot from the end is my favorite. Stunning! Lovin the new blog although I hope you’ll still treat us to a few musical slide shows every now and then. Keep up the amazing work!

My my. Those last three make me think your vision really does come from some other paradigm. The event is so uniquely represented. Well done.
