Vineyard Wedding

For those of you planning California weddings, you have the fortunate option of being able to choose a vineyard wedding. Having a wedding in Napa, Sonoma, Sebastopol, Healdsburg, St. Helena or the surrounding towns is the perfect choice for wine lovers, or just those who love being outdoors in the sunshine, surrounded by beautiful rolling hills of green. Below are some wedding planning ideas for turning your vineyard wedding into a full-blown destination wedding weekend.
1. Book a hotel with a pool so your guests can have some chill relaxation days. Make sure to leave welcome bags in their rooms filled with wine-related goodies such as half-bottles, corkscrews, souvenir glasses, etc.
2. Set up a limo wine-tasting tour a couple of days before the wedding, for your closest family and friends. If limos aren’t your style, you can rent bicycles and tour the vineyards in the open air.
3. Plan a day-after pool party at the hotel with champagne, brunch, and chill DJ music.
