Big Sur Engagement Photos
These Big Sur engagement photos were a celebration of who Anjali and Raji are, and what their love means, leading up to their wedding in Morgan Hill, California.
They met when they were just kids, 12-year-old campers at a summer camp in Virginia. Many years later, living in the San Francisco Bay Area, they accidentally reconnected through an online dating app. They recognized each other from when they were children. But now of course they see each other on a whole new level.
Love is natural and easy for these two, who keep each other laughing through every day and every adventure. It is clear to see they are best friends who are madly in love with each other. It is certainly a love that feels meant to be. We are so excited to see them officially tie the knot in just a week. There will be several days of traditional Indian ceremonies, culminating in the wedding day at Sycamore Creek Vineyards.
Big Sur Engagement Session Locations
For their Big Sur engagement photos, we met up with Anjali and Raji in Monterey. We started at Point Lobos State Natural Reserve, then continued on to Soberanes Point and finally the stunning area near Bixby Bridge. We all braved some intense wind and chill toward the end of the day, but it was well worth it. There’s nothing like the Big Sur area for epic landscapes and jaw-dropping views that take your breath away.
A couple can stand on the cliffs, look out over the expanse of hills, trees, flowers and ocean, and see visions of a beautiful future together.
