Persian weddings always look like the biggest party of the year. We’ve seen quite a few Persian weddings at this point, but Ramona and Albert’s Santa Monica wedding stands out as especially fun. Persians love to dance, and at this wedding, it seems once the dancing started it never stopped.
The wedding party danced down the aisle into the ceremony – a surprise to everyone, including the bride and groom. “We told everyone to go out, have fun and dance, but we didn’t expect the level of enjoyment everyone seemed to have,” Albert said.
I love seeing the unending smile on Ramona’s face, and Albert’s wild antics on the dance floor. For two people who have seen a lot of Persian weddings themselves, somehow their wedding ended up being unique, due in no small part to the beauty of the Fairmont Miramar. “We loved the earthy vibe this place had,” Albert said. “We both come from large Persian families, so we have been to weddings at almost every location in 50 miles. The Fairmont was new to our both of our families.”
