We bring professional studio lighting and backdrops for headshots on-site. We photograph your meetings, workshops, team-building, presentations, dinners, and parties. We’ll even join you on the golf course to photograph your company golf tournament!

Corporate Event Photography: What to Expect
- We will have a conversation with you ahead of time to understand the scope and feel of your event. It’s important for us to know every need and expectation so we can arrive prepared.
- We dress to be in sync with everyone else. If attendees are in business casual, we will be as well. If everyone is changing into tuxedos in the evening for a formal dinner, so will we. No more worries about photographers showing up in jeans and T-shirts – we are professional in everything we do.
- If you would like to provide individual headshots for your attendees, we will bring our studio lighting and backdrops. We set up in a convenient area or conference room. The event planner will usually create a schedule so attendees can sign up for a time slot. Headshots on-site are convenient and also ensure your company has cohesive, professional headshots that can be used on your website and collateral materials. As headshot photographers, we are personable and engaging and will guide each person through posing and bring out their best expressions. Our clients often tell us how fun and easy our headshot sessions are!
